Windows 10: Windows hello options not shown in sign in

After I logged on to a microsoft account, my log on screen only shows a password log in option. I was not able to use fingerprint, PIN or facial recognition.- Changed the account back to a local account. - Removed and re-setup the hello sign in options- Made sure from the hardware manager the IR camera and fingerprint reader are up to date and working also setup is working- edited group policy to enable "Use biometrics", "turn on convenience PIN sig-in"- restarted many times.- Did full windows update.- Also reset my password using net user command to get rid of the security questions.I am o

Windows Hello preventing options on requiring sign-in

I got a new Lenovo laptop computer and it was working great but the last month or so it requires me to login every time I step away...I used to have it set for a longer time iirc because it's in a home setting, but when I go to Sign-in options now it tells me:

"Windows Hello is preventing some options from being shown." (screen capture attached)

(and it's stuck on "Every Time").

Is there any way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I can not change the sign-in from EVERYTIME, because
