Windows 10: Windows 10 Outlook remainder on topp

Could you please help me how to get the OUTLOOK remainder box to stay on topp off ALL windows even after switching windows. I know there is the option in outlook "File - Options- Advanced - Always on top" but that doesn't work. I have tried third party programs like "alwways-on-top" and that works but as far as i see you need to run it every time you restart the PC. I know it must be able for the programmer because "Naviate" does stay on top even when switching to the window belov but outlook remainder disappear, even though the settings should be correct. I get late for many a meeting becaus

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

How to install outlook express on windows xp with explorer 8?

This was going to be my suggestion as well. I just wasn't sure if it worked with XP. It is definitely way better than Outlook Express, and I actually prefer it to regular Outlook as well.
