Windows 10: Help! Stuck on Bitlocker with a deadly combination of bad circumstances! Helping me would...

Hi, So I have a laptop with bitlocker. I reset it but here is what happened. It requested I give a key with bitlocker. Unfortunately, before resetting the computer, I wanted to make sure everything was in order with my microsoft account. Unfortunately, I forgot my backup email and had to change it. Therefore, I have to wait for like a month to access anything sensetive and that includes security keys. Unfortunately, that means I'm screwed. So I checked that I should skip the driver. Unfortunately, I am stuck on the prompt for it to give me a security key. I try escape for more options but it j

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.
