Windows 10: The requested operation requires evaluation

I’m trying to download adobe photoshop on my dads old surface 6 which is now mine been completely wiped…but i need to verify something for it to download and i have face id and pin and it keeps coming up with the same message again and again. I’m the only account logged in and only account on the computer, tried to run it as administrator but just says the same thing when it verifies me as well all the other help and stuff on the internet Need urgent help!!!!

I received a disk today of images from the hospital and I have tried to run the disk on the computer but every time I try I get this error

I am Aster and I am here to help you with your problem.

Try the steps below to see if it resolves the issue:

1. go in to the properties of the folder that contains the files you need to take ownership of

2. click on the security tab

3. click Advanced

4. click on the Owner tab

5. Click Edit...

6. Select the account name in the Change owner to list that you want to take ownership

7. Check the box, Replace owner on subcontainers and objects

8. Click OK
