Windows 10: How to prevent Windows 11 upgrade from 10 TPM forced on via BIOS update

Hi,I am currently on Windows 10 and am keen to stay then upgrade to Windows 11 in another year or two so that main bugs are ironed out. To do this I have kept my AMD motherboard fTPM disabled. Unfortunately, after a recent BIOS update, TPM was set to enable, resulting in a later Windows Update check to see I was now W11 compatible and give me the following message..."Coming soon: Windows 11, version 22H2Windows 11, version 22H2 is on its way to your device. If you boot into BIOS, then go to Advance - Trusted Computing, do you not find TPM or PTT listed there?

What method did you use to install Windows 11 without TPM being enabled?

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

I have a few follow up questions if that's ok!

I have gone into BIOS settings before to enable TPM 2.0 and enable secure boot but as you said the PC did not boot up and I had to short one of the components of the PC to reset to default settings before,

What would the step by step process be to update to windows 11?

I was told before to enable TPM in BIOS then use a USB with Windows 11 on it to install it. Is there a simpler way?
