Windows 10: PC has had a few BSOD and I'm not sure how to read the dump files:...

Hello, so I have just recently built my first PC and I have been experiencing some very strange problems. I have had a few hard crashes while playing games and one hard crash while I was idle. I have recently learned how to use the windows debugging preview tool and I checked out my most BSOD. BSOD display. Used verifier. Got dump files ready to be checked.

Thank you for providing us the dump files on your online storage. As of the moment we're still reading the dump files. For clarification, may we know the following:

• Have you tried to boot the PC in safe mode?
• Aside from changing RAM, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Can you tell us the make and model of your PC?

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Please follow this suggestion for the BSOD

1. Please open BitDefender and go to the modules,
2. Go to the firewall settings,
3. Uncheck 'Block port scans in the network',
4. Reboot your system <-- IMPORTANT

 

Memory dump file?

My uncle keeps getting BSODs from his video card, and the screen will be all garbled and corrupted so he can't read what it says. He's trying to access the memory dump file do he can read it, anyone know how?
