Windows 10: How to avoid Windows Hello Face to look for you after locking

I have setup Windows Hello Face WHF and it works well. When I lock Windows with Win-L almost immediately WHF starts looking for me and unlocks Windows and comes to the desktop.My question is if there is a way to avoid WHF to look for me directly after locking? . What I would like is for the machine to stay locked until I call upon it by pressing a key or moving the mouse or similar to fire up the camera and start looking for me.

Windows Hello Face - Searching For Face When Not Set Up

Hello,

I have Windows Hello set up for PIN and fingerprint. I do not have it set up for face yet everytime I open my laptop my camera and IR sensors turn on and begin searching for my face. It eventually says that I need a PIN to set up Windows Hello but I already have a PIN?? If anyone knows how to stop this happening everytime on the lock screen it would be helpful as it is quite annoying.
