Windows 10: Problem with activating windows

So I have just bought a brand new pc that didn't come with windows since its not some factory pre built one. I first installed windows 11 to it via usb stick. It worked well, but I had some problem with valorant. I couldn't fix it so I decided to go back to windows 10. I asked my friend how do I get the license key or whatever for free to this new pc, since I had it pre installed to my old factory pre built pc. He said, that I just need to connect the microsoft account to my new pc from settings menu and I'd be good to go. I did it, but it didn't help sadly. I cant change my backgrond or color

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows 10 via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

To run Phone activation please follow the steps below:

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
