    Your Intel Xeon E5-1620 processor is not on the Windows 11 supported processors list I provided the link to, you would need to use the the steps that Microsoft provide on the second link

    "Regular" Windows 10/11 Pro for laptop with Xeon processor

    By the way, if I install regular windows 10 Pro on laptop with Xeon processor, is there compatibility issues when trying to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro?

    P.S. it's so strange that laptop with Xeon processor requires "Windows 10 or 11 Pro for Workstation" when customize laptop spec upon order.

    Apparently, my 3.6GHz multicore CPU is not compatible. Maybe Microsoft needs to update their processor compatibility list.
