How to turn on off Airplane mode in windows 10?

• Open Action Center by clicking the rightmost icon. In the bottom side, a tile of airplane mode would be given. Clicking that would turn it ON and turn it into bright tile.

For #2; HOW can I determine WHICH HOTKEY might be causing this?

A- my laptop is plugged in and fully powered

B- It is a LAPTOP! Why in the world is this headache built into Windows 10 for LAPTOPS that have NO CELLULAR access?

(the answer is not, 'to turn off WiFi when I am on an airplane', since that on-off button is already available)

Why do seemingly random buttons turn the Mute and Airplane Mode? The keys also seem to take on other secondary functions. This is particularly annoying and upsetting.
