Windows 10: Sysprep error on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Windows 7 OEM move from 32-bit to 64-bit

I have a Dell Vostro 3700 laptop running OEM 32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium. I have the 32-bit disks but not 64-bit disks. I would like to move up to a 64-bit operating system. I believe the i5-560M CPU supports 64-bit processing. I cannot download a 64-bit
version of Windows 7 Home Premium from Microsoft any more. Can I:

• Reserve and install a 32-bit version of Windows 10.
• Then download a 64-bit version of Windows 10 from Microsoft for free and activate with my current product key.

 

How to hange 32 bit to 64 bit of Windows 7 Home Premium

Dear Microsoft,

I have notebook with installed of Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit, and I will change to 64 Bit in same notebook

I has check of Performance and System my notebook capable to use 64 Bit

How I change it ? And How about my lisence Key

I have package contents 2 CD's are 32 Bit & 64 Bit CD

Please help

 

No Option to "Reserve" Windows 10. (Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.)


The "sfc /scannow" came up with no errors. The sfcdetails.txt file was empty, so I am now running "sfc /verifyonly", I will then open the file again and see if the results change, if not, I'm not sure where to turn next.

EDIT:

I have ran both scans for the log file to come up blank... Any suggestions on what to do next?! *Sad
