Windows 10: Windows 11 - UWF blocking web browsing

Hello, I'm trying to use UWF with Windows 11, but when I enable it it blocks Edge and Chrome browsing. If I disable UWF no issues. With UWF enabled I can log in to Teams and ping Internet addresses so it is not an Internet connection problem. What do I need to check? Where can I find relevant logs?

To block or allow specific websites

If there are specific websites that you want to explicitly block or allow, follow these steps. This setting overrides any ratings the site may have.

  Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button

  Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

  Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

There is no "Content Advisor" tab.

I understand your concern, turn on web browsing limits if you want to block sites that provide adult content, or to allow or block individualwebsites or web pages by using their web addresses
or URLs. For young children, you can set up web browsing limits, so they can only visit a small number of sites that you have specifically allowed.

To set up web browsing limits

  Sign in to
  family on the Microsoft account website.
  
• 
  Select the child you want to turn on web browsing limits for.
  
• 
  Select Web browsing, and switch
  Block inappropriate websites from Off to
  On.
  
  Now, adult content is blocked and
  SafeSearch is on when your child uses the most common search engines.
  

• 
  If you want your child to only see websites that you’ve explicitly allowed, tick the checkbox next to
  Only see websites on the allowed list.
  

To allow or block specific websites

• 
  Sign in to
  family on the Microsoft account website.

There are a couple of problems with otherwise great browsing:

• Reading web sites like m.hs.fi (newspaper) where the whole of text block (title and text body) is web link, it is very difficult to browse the page upwards or downwards by swiping without activating the links
  (resulting in downloading a linked article and moving there).
• Controlling the font size of web pages from browser options does not work on most of the web pages I read (m.hs.fi,
  m.kauppalehti.fi, for example) only a few allow this (such as
  m.yle.fi,
  www.bbc.co.uk/news/mobile).
• How to get the bookmarks be the start page? I mean the local file, not storing the bookmarks to the web?
