Windows 10: Request for Office 365 PIN to use Microsoft Word, but keeps wrong even reset to another one

I even installed Microsoft Authenticator in my mobile phone and tried again.It asked me to authorize in Microsoft Authenticator, but then prompt to ask for PIN again.Is there any way can skip the PIN code that deters me from using Microsoft Word in another machine my Office 365 plan supports multiple installations? Thanks.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Let me go back to basic, I want to install and use Microsoft Office in my another Windows 10 RT computer.

I was able to login my Microsoft 365 account and download Microsoft Office 365 installer.

However, after I installed Microsoft Office and launched Microsoft Word, I was requested to login my Microsoft Office 365 account from Word, and kept to be requested for PIN code. I even changed my PIN code in Microsoft 365 but still being prompted for wrong PIN code.

That's why I tried to install Microsoft Authenticator to see whether it can be an alternative to PIN code that detered me from using Word with my Microsoft 365 license. May I know what could I do next? Thanks.

Windows 10 Office 365 cannot open files from: recent file list

Thanks for the tip! I followed all above steps.

So far I can open files from the Recent files list when I enter Word itself, however I still am unable to open any documents using the Word icon pinned to the taskbar:
