Windows 10: Unable to sign in to computer after last MS update. How do I contact Microsoft support by...

Installed Windows update yesterday. after it loaded when I tried to log in to my desktop it said my old PW was no longer valid. Couldn't get code for PW recovery because it displyed an old email that I no longer have. All of my data passwords, computer info with answers to the questions asked in the recover PW questionnaire are in documents on the computer I can no longer access. I've made too many attempts at trying to reset PW online and am locked out for 24 hours. I need to speak to person at MS to get help. How do I do that?

Contact support app

I never noticed this app before until today. An app listed in start menu called 'Contact Support'. So I clicked it just to take a look. But the app just starts to open and then immediately crashes/shuts off. I logged into another user acc on my machine and it opens just fine.

Usually if an app is playing up on my computer I go into the settings - apps list and reset the app which normally sorts things out. But contact support is missing from the list. Does anyone use the app and have any problems with it?

• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
