    So ever since I upgraded to Windows 11, I am facing a very weird issue that usually happens after launching a game. Or other related applications, like the Xbox Game BarWhen the issue occurs, my CPU utilization will be pegged at 100% for around 30 seconds on all cores, on an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, which will cause the affected applications to take longer to load, which is annoying. Once these 30 or so seconds are over, things will go back to normal and everything will run smoothly again until the next time I launch one of the affected applications.This also does not happen every single time I

    Looks like it might be the svchost process.

    This is not uncommon.

    thats not my problem. is have 100% cpu usage only when im in games. cpu usage is normal on idle
