Windows 10: How can I fix the problem that my camera gets frozen and remains on after starting my...

When I start my Surface, login with face recognition works usually. However, after that, the light next to the camera remains on and doesn't switch off unless I shut down the Surface. In the mean time, I cannot use the camera as it doesn't seem to react neither for a teams call nor for the simple camera app. It's also running down my battery pretty fast. I used the troubleshooting program but it couldn't fix the issue.Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have a Nokia 909 Windows 8.1 Phone. Suddenly, the camera light or flash light when on and it stays on frozen! I can find no way to turn it off. I when to AT & T retailer and they were unable to fix the problem neither. Any suggestions on how
I can fix this problematic camera light or flash frozen on light? THE LIGHT OR FLASH LIGHT WON'T TURN OFF!hELP! PEASE!!!

Since the previous troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue, we suggest performing a
System Restore to get your computer back to its previous state.

Note: System Restore will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed but won't affect your personal files.

Let us know how that turned out for you.

Hi. Unfortunatelly System Restore only had one restore date and it did not solve the problem. Any suggestion?
