Windows 10: Mouse not recognized on second USB?

Good day, I recently got a new monitor, Gigabyte M34WQ. It has a two-port USB3 hub for a built in KVM. I have the downstream cable ran the the USB3 port on my motherboard. I have a keyboard hardwired and mouse dongle installed on the monitor. When I changed my keyboard cable I swapped the inputs to the opposite ports. Now the mouse is not recognized in Windows. It does not appear in Device Manager at all. It only shows up on one port. The keyboard shows up on both. From what I found online the speeds of the ports are the same. I tried to remove the driver, then swap the port, but windows d

Windows 10 Out stopped recognizing my wireless mouse

Hi,

Not recognized wireless mouse could be due to:

• Outdated Mouse driver.
• Faulty or loose wireless mouse USB receiver.

We would like to know some information:

• Have you tried using your wireless mouse on other computer and check if it works?
• Have you tried using other wireless mouse?
• Have you tried updating your mouse drivers?
