Windows 10: my mouse is freezing my valorant game then causes it to close

hi so when i open my game valorant its fine until i go into a game then its still okay i can move around using only my keyboard, but when i got to use the mouse, as soon as i move it the game will freeze and then close with no errors at all, ive tried everything from bios settings to drivers to windows setting, even tried different mouses but nothing is working and i need help

Mouse Freezing need help pls.

Windows 10. To better assist you, we need the answers to the following questions:

• Aside from changing USB ports, did you use a different mouse to see if the same issue will occur while playing games?
• Have you tried checking the manufacturer's website for updated mouse drivers for
  Windows 10?

PC freezes 10 minutes after closing games

I've been having this issue for a month now. Out of nowhere my PC suddenly freezes after I close the game I played. It can be fortnite, valorant, or something not even that demanding like rocket league. I can play for 10 mins, 1 hr, or even 5 hours, it still freezes just a few minutes after I close the game.

I've replaced my RAM, ran sfc scannow, updated windows, reinstalled graphics drivers using DDU but the issue still exists. I attached minidump file for reference.
