I have an unresolved case from yesterday. I contacted Microsoft just about 9:30 am about issues with my word document experiencing error, and not opening. The support agent and I shared screen, and he had difficulties locating the problem. After hours of doing this process, he recommended that I open a new window. He assured me that I will not lose any of my work and my files would be safe. I am a grad student with a lot of upcoming assignments, I cannot afford to lose all of my assignments that I already completed. As it stands now, I don't have access to the old window, and on this version,

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
