    Hi,I just purchased a new asus g14 zephyrus with the rtx 4090, sadly, it's having trouble running Valorant and I can't for the life of me figure out why!I've reinstalled both the riot client and the valorant game, I've tried running it as admin and what not but to no avail.     RTX 4090 problems

    Brand new rig, all components. Many times I find that there are big FPS drops in games even tho only like 65% or so of the GPU is being used. Why doesn't my computer use as much of the GPU as needed to maintain a relatively constant FPS (144FPS set by me)? How can I solve this issue?
