    Microsoft Store Won't Load and is Spinning Indefinitely


    I tried all suggestions in this thread here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/store-spinning-circle-infinitely/b01912ac-6553-41dc-b44e-810351017b44 And this article here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/microsoft-store-doesn-t-open-126a875d-8b72-def1-0af6-d325276a058b But it is still spinning indefinitely and won't load.

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

    Computer starts up with black screen and spinning loading circle indefinitely

    Computer starts up with black screen and spinning loading circle indefinitely . I’ve tried to re-boot a number of times to try and bring up th advanced option to no avail.I’ve also tried changing my boot location to my DVD drive and installing disk, again to no avail, except that it came up and asked which version I wanted loaded 32 or 64 bit, gave loading bar, and then went black without any loading circle. I’m stumped ?? Help…any ideas on how to get past this black screen and constant loading circle?
