    Our team has been trying to assist our customer for three weeks trying to get an invoice for a credit that they received. The CIOs credit card is getting ready to be turned off if we can't get him an invoice for the credit. Can you help me?The customer is Great Lakes Water Authority. The CTO used his personal email address. His name is Nigel Adkins.This is urgent and I can't seem to find someone to talk to.

  2. "We couldn`t create a new partition or locate an existing one."

    Try this:

    Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

    Run diskpart.
    At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

    list disk

    At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

    select disk 0
    clean
    exit (to exit from diskpart)
    exit (to exit from the command prompt)

    That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

    If you need to purchase credit for your Nokia account, you need a computer because this cannot be done inside the Nokia Music app on the phone. To do that, open the web browser on your computer and go to
    music.nokia.com, or open the Nokia Music Player for PC-application. And then, follow steps below:



    • Sign in to your Nokia Music account.
    • Select to Buy credit from the left panel of the web page / Nokia Music Player.
    • Select the amount of credit to buy and confirm the purchase.
