Windows 10: PC freezes up, screen glitches out, audio stuttering, restarts afterwards, triggered by...

I have this issue where when I load up some games usually only VR-compatible ones I can get 15-20 minutes of playtime out of them, whether using the VR headset or playing the desktop version, before the PC will freeze up and the screen will become a glitchy mess, and the audio will stutter if any was playing.I'm using Windows 10 right now, however this also happened when my PC was Windows 11. I had some issues with the PC and had to do a clean install because of it and had the tech people put Windows 10 on instead.When I had Windows 11, I tried system restore, reinstalling drivers, etc. Not

Audio Glitches

Can someone help? I was trying to record a minecraft video by using the Game Bar Capture, I recorded for 13 minutes and I stopped the recording. I watched the video and the audio was stuttering and glitching. For example, the audio was freezing and playing
over and over again! The whole video was fine and smooth. But every time I record I get this audio glitch bug thing.

HP and Dell have hardware diagnostics triggered by tapping the ESC or F12 keys respectively as you power on.

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

If nothing else works then do a Repair Install, by installing Media Creation Tool, open tool and choose to Upgrade Now. This reinstalls Windows while keeping files, programs and most settings in place, is the most stable method to advance to the latest version, and solves most problems. latency issues, random stutter + audio stutter

hey, im having dificultys with my pc. im having problem with every task im doing, even playing a yt video. so the problem is im having random freezes and audio freezes/lags every 10-40 mins. i dont exactly know whats causing it but im pretty sure its not the disks/ram. ive ran a test on a program called latencymon and thats all ive got. let me know what tests i should do to help give more information about the problem and i will. ive been having the problem for like half a year now and its pissing me off. heres a picture that might help : (bios is last version btw). also ive gotten a lag that made the pc black screen and audio loop and i had to force restart!
