    troubleshooting: mcloud_ext.log file keeps reappearing

I see that my system always writes a log to mcloud_ext.log whenever the system starts up and I log in with any account. The file cannot be deleted, so I use handle.exe to find out which application is keeping the file busy and then kill it. Eventually, I am able to remove the file. However, it reappears when I start explorer.exe, so I have to repeat the process. Sometimes, I also have to kill Firefox. I scanned my operating system with the Microsoft security tool, but no virus was found. As of now, I have a folder named C:\Users\dk\mcloud_ext.log after I delete this file. In this case, no more

    :)

    Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

    http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

Deleted folder keeps reappearing when I open a program

    Hi Mayzhin,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

You may not be able to completely delete a file/ folder if it is being used. I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in

    if it works.

You may also go through repair Windows file and folder
    problems
    and check.

    Hope it helps.
