Windows 10: My windows 11 laptop will not let me sign in

When I tried to sign in using my fingerprint, it said sign in with your PIN. After I did that, it said due to multiple sign ins or shutdows this option is disabled l. Try after 2 hours. After waiting for 2 hours when I entered my PIN, welcome message popped up but now it said credentials couldn't be verified. Please reset your PIN.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Please give us the complete error message if any.

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
