Windows 10: Mouse pointer keeps on missing and trackpad not working

Till now uninstalling and installing the driver from official website of manufacturer, updating driver, resetting my laptop nothing have worked. Sometimes the pointer appears and trackpad works when I boot on the PC, and it doesn't sometimes.When I see the properties in Device manager in 'show hidden devices' of view tab, it shows like this. It saws hardware device not connected.

Mouse pointer misses and trackpad doesn't work sometimes.

Sometimes when I boot my laptop, there is no mouse pointer. After I restart 2-3 times, the pointer appears. When the doesn't appear, the device manager looks like this. 'Mice and pointing' is in Show hidden devices in view tab.

When pointer doesn't appear, I can use mouse using USB mouse but can't access the mouse using trackpad.

I've tried updating the mouse driver, uninstalling and installing the driver. I also reset the PC which I regret because the problem is still there.

Sometimes the mouse cursor appears and sometimes it doesn't. When the cursor appears I see "Mice and other pointing devices" in Device Manager, but this option disappears when the cursor misses.

If I plug USB mouse, I can use it but can't work the pointer with trackpad.

Updating driver, uninstalling and installing, nothing have worked till now.

You can customize your mouse in a variety of ways in Windows. To change how your mouse pointer looks, you can follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the Start menu, then click Control Panel.
• Select Mouse, then go to the Pointers tab.
  
• Select the pointer you prefer from the drop-down list, click
  Apply > OK.

If you want to use a pointer that is not on the list, you can download it online. After that, go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers tab again, then click
Browse.
