    Microsoft not sending me small code. I know password, I am signed in. But it says that my account blocked because I violated some rules. So know I should restore and get smarter code. But it doesn't sending it to Kazakhstan. Is it possible to solve this somehow. Cause I forgot my laptops password, without sms I can't use it anymore
