Windows 10: I reset/factory restored my pc and it's telling me another pc is using my copy of windows....

To give some context believe it could be errors with the device I'm using which is notoriously plagued with bugs. The device is called "AYANEO 2". Is it possible that I could of retained a virus that I had prior to the system restore? I have no idea what's happening, it's just been one glitch after another, mainly pins/passwords and losing validation of my id at random.

Because I try to do that but it not going to the date as i need pc back to

I need to reset pc to the date as i buy and start open the first day 24 January 2018 or need to use date 16 February 2018

There are a number of types of Restore/Reset

A Manufacturers Factory Restore

A Windows Reset

A Restore Point

If you want to take that PC back to its initial state when you purchased it, you need to use the Manufacturers Factory Restore function

On your Start Menu, find the Manufacturers Folder (HP, Dell .. . etc.) is there a function there to perform a Factory Restore or even to create Recovery Discs?
