Windows 10: Whenever I log onto the MSC Centre I can't activate or deactivate certain things even when...

so I noticed that I couldn't access my windows defender application from settings or any other way so I went into my MSC service's to see what the problem was, turns out that the Windows Security Service had been disabled, when I went in to reenable it, it would not allow me to change it, it was grayed out and when I tried to see if I could log on as an administrator it showed that I was already on my admin account. Firewall activation and deactivation Windows 10

1. When trying to deactivate the Windows firewall it automatically activates after about three seconds!

2. When starting Chrome, Skype and Dropbox I get a security warning from the firewall that it has stopped certain functions and that I shall approve the applications to get through. When trying to add the applications to the list of approved applications
the firewall doesn´t save the new setting. I´ve tried to reinstall the applications , no change the warnings are still there!

• yes i always use Administrative Tools, and yes there is a
  certain updates which made my laptop crushes (2 updates)

  last thing i reset my internet connection and it all worked for me with some steps like sfc /scannow

Wiped Hard Drive Can't Boot Vista

I did try every possible boot order and even with deactivated options, which I don't even know how or if that is helpful. I will try the Vista possibilities. The OS was listed in the BIOS, whatever that means, and it said it was a factory version, which I think is a good thing.

The PXE error messages may have occurred when I activated the network adapter and tried that in the boot order. Obviously, I am in way over my head. Thanks for the suggestions!
