Windows 10: Sound is cutting out permenantly multiple times, i always need to disable and enable...

So I have a pair of beyerdynamics 990DT pro 250ohm and i recently bought a SoundBlaster G6 to serve as an amp and of course the extra perks. I had a problem with the sound cutting out every 15 minutes, audio being flipped and sometimes louder in one ear than the other. Calibrating the device would restore for a bit until the issue came back. I could also disable and enable the device from sound in control panel and it would work for up to an hour until it failed again. I tried deleting/updating drivers, reinstalling software and looked over the internet of possible solutions but nothing worked

Sound cuts out when in game and call

Disabled motherboard audio device disappears from sound configuration

I understand the inconvenience you are facing with enabling and disabling the sound drivers, we will help you with this issue.

I suggest you to try the below steps to Update the driver
and check if it helps.

Steps:

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Under Sound, video and game controller, right click on the driver and click on
  Update the driver software.
  
• 
  Click on Browse my computer for driver software, click on
  Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  
• 
  Follow the Onscreen instructions.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
