    Hello, I am attempting to install RSAT on my new Windows 11 Pro 64x machine. When trying to install RSAT via optional features, it doesn't appear. So, I tried running CMD a prompt command click on text to see the command i ran to install RSAT as mentioned on a post in these forums before i made sure to run as administrator, It returned an error that said: 'Get-WindowsCapability' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.So then I tried to run the same command in PowerShell as well but I got nothing in return and checked optional features just to

    RSAT is not listed in "Optional Features"... "Add a feature".

    My name is Jon and I am an independent technical adviser. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues and I would really like to help you find a resolution.

    Starting with Windows 10 October 2018 Update, RSAT is included as a set of "Features on Demand" right from Windows 10. Do not download an RSAT package from the Microsoft Download Center. Instead, just go to "Manage optional features" in Settings and click "Add
    a feature" to see the list of available RSAT tools. Select and install the specific RSAT tools you need. To see installation progress, click the Back button to view status on the "Manage optional features" page.

    I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

    Is your computer that you are trying to install RSAT on it, joined to a domain now?

    If yes, kindly disjoin it from the domain, check for update or try to enable the RSAT feature from Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Optional Feature > Install RSAT feature.

    Because it looks like the update that the RSAT relies on is not available in WSUS from the server.

    If the RSAT would be installed, you can re-join the computer to the domain.
