Windows 10: Windows "Hello" facial signin does not recognize my camera. Brand new Lenovo.

I went through the basics. Restart, checked camera operation and permission settings. "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello face"

trying to turn off the Facial Recognition feature for Windows Hello or for the
Windows 10 Camera app?

If you are requesting to turn off the Facial Recognition feature for Windows Hello, you can follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Click Sign-in options.
• Under Picture password, click Remove.

However, we have yet to include the option to turn off Facial Recognition feature in Windows 10 Camera app. We suggest that you
submit a suggestion to our Feedback Hub. Your feedback helps us continually improve your experience with our products. To submit a feedback, follow the instruction below:

• Open the Windows 10 Camera app.
• Click the Gear icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.
• Scroll down, click Send Feedback.

Windows hello can't recognize camera

What type of camera are you using?

Unfortunately, not all camera types are compatible with Windows Hello. If the camera that your PC is using is not IR (infrared), Windows Hello will not recognize it. The laptop manufacturers, for example, Dell, Lenovo, and Asus have been providing their devices
with IR cameras for the last couple of years. However, If your laptop was produced earlier, it doesn’t have an IR camera and is not compatible with Windows Hello facial recognition.
