Windows 10: Blue screen, Kmode exception not found.

BSOD Kmode exception not handled.My computer seemingly randomly started blue screening. It started when I tried to launch a game, and has repeated pretty consistently about 3 minutes after startup. Aside from the Kmode exception error, I also got this error once just before the blue screen the second time "c:\windows\system32\nvspcap64.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. error status oxc000012f. and blue screen"I have

Blue Screen: KMODE EXCEPTION and KERNAL DATA INPAGE

It seems to be getting worse now... was just listening to a song on Youtube and suddenly the blue screen comes up again with the error:

"Stop code: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

What failed: vhdmp.sys"

At a loss of what to do

I keep getting a blue screen error at random times... not sure what is causing it. When it blue screens and restarts my computer it says it is a Kmode exception not handled error.

I have copied the error in the event viewer and it says the following 2 errors:

1) The cpuz136 service failed to start due to the following error:

This driver has been blocked from loading

2)The description for Event ID 875 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

cpuz136_x64.sys

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table
