Windows 10: Stop code memory management freeze

I just got a blue screen on my laptop that says memory management and the screen is frozen and won’t respond to anything.

I am receiving Stop Code: Memory Management.

I keep getting a memory management stop code. Ive tried almost everything and ive ran countless memory test and it says my memory is fine I continue to get it. Any help???

 

Stop Code MEMORY MANAGEMENT

Just before my system crashed it displayed "Stop Code MEMORY MANAGEMENT". It paused for a moment but not long enough for me to write down the rest of the information. Obviously, I could not do a Print Screen.
I tried the power button on the system unit but that wasn't responsive. I cut the power and it acted like it was re-booting but didn't. That happened a couple time, then the system seemed to be coming up. It gave a message, some like "Something went wrong". No kidding! I saw the DELL logo and the famous whirling circle. No message. I let it go for about 10 minutes.
After several iterations the system finally came up. I'll give the vendor a call. The computer is 2-3 years old and out of warranty, but I have an extended service agreement that will enable me to get advice from them.
If anyone has a suggestion as to troubleshooting steps that I can take when this happens again please let me know.

Windows 10. DELL 3668 64-bit. Installed memory 12 GB.
