Windows 10: driver camera

hallo, can anyone help me? The camera is not working on my device. I tried updating the camera driver in Device Manager but it didn't work at all. And I accidentally deleted the camera driver in Device Manager. Now I don't know how to restore the camera driver. I've watched so many tutorials on YouTube, but none of them worked. I tried going to the laptop manufacturer's official website to download the camera driver, but I couldn't find a driver that was compatible with my laptop. What should I do? Anyone please help me. I'm very frustrated with all of this.We can't find your camera. The

Is the Camera listed in Device Manager ?
My DELL INSPIRON 15-5578 lists a > Realtek IR Camera Driver
My older Dell's used > Dell Webcam Central
