Windows 10: Slow login and black screen issue on domain computers

I have experienced an issue with domain computers, when attempting to log in via the windows hello screen by password \ pin number, its take up to fine minutes additionally, these computers do not have local admin privileges, when trying to install new software and entering the local admin credentials, the screen goes black for more that fime minutes. the problem is both when restarting the computer or when login after lock screen.

1. Boot into Safe Mode
   
2. Uninstall the problematic update (KB5022360)
   
3. Restart your computer normally
   
4. Check if the black screen issue has been resolved.
   

If the issue still persists, try the following:

1. Run System File Checker (SFC) to repair any corrupted system files
   
2. Perform a system restore to a previous point before the update was installed.
