Windows 10: I’m receiving error code 0xc0000020 followed by black screen at sign in. Help please?

I’m receiving error code 0xc0000020 at sign in. When I ‘ok’ it the screen proceeds to go black. If I ctrl alt delete I can restart but the same issue continues. I can’t access anything past sign in. Can anyone help please!?

Windows 10 error code 0xc0000020
