Windows 10: How do I get the OneStart browser to stay closed?

HiI use Microsoft Edge as my main browser and have since I got my computer, a while ago I guess it went through an update and all of the sudden a browser called OneStart began automatically opening on my computer whenever I opened it or left it idle for maybe 2 - 3 minutes.No matter how many times I close or minimize the OneStart browser it keeps popping right back up and taking over my entire screen. This is really starting to annoy me and make me mad because I use my computer for class work, and it is hard to take notes on a topic if I keep having to stop taking my notes to close a browser e

How does browser determine default email ADDRESS ?

I never experiences this. As a first step I suggest to set automatic deleting tracking cookies when switching off the browser. If you keep your browser standard open, just close it when not using it.
