Windows 10: CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT Windows 11 Pro

Hi, I just built a new PC and continue to receive the referenced above stop code error. Looking for an expert to assist with interpreting my minidump file. Please let me know how to upload the file.TIA

BSOD Clock watchdog timeout Windows 10

Found my fix:

1. Downloaded a current (April 2018) ISO of Windows 10 64-bit from Microsoft

1. Downgraded product from "Enterprise" to "Pro"
   
2. HIGHLY LIKELY issue with UPDATES for Spectre and Meltdown
   

Windows now works!! those new updates are not installed yet (unless they are part of the new ISO i used.)

Clock Watchdog Timeout error

I am trying to upgrade my Windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro, during Installation I get a blue screen with error
"Clock Watchdog timeout". I have Dell notebook 6430u with I7 and 8gig ram. This process of upgrading to new windows 10 takes along time, anyone have any suggestions before I start the upgrade one more time. I already check no viruses or malware,

Any help would be grateful.
