Windows 10: Voice Access not recognizing any mic on Lenovo laptops Windows 11

Having issues with Voice Access not working with any microphone when using a Lenovo laptop. Microphone source works for everything else on the devices, just not with Voice Access. Mic socket not working

The mic socket on my laptop abruptly stopped working. It just buzzes instead of recognizing any voice. It works with a USB adapter, so the mic isn't broken, and the socket recognizes when a device has been plugged in ("You just plugged a device into the audio jack"), but all it does is buzz. Is the mic socket just inexplicably broken?

my mic is at the top of my desktop.i went through the how to do list..where it reconized my voice yet all it reply is !!what did you say!!

 

Headset Not Recognized on Lenovo V15-IGL (Windows 11)

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with my Rampage Prestige Virtual 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset (model SN-RW77). When I plug it into my Lenovo V15-IGL running Windows 11, the RGB lights don't turn on, and the headset isn't recognized by my PC. Here's what I've tried:

1. Tried All USB Ports
   
2. Restarted PC
   
3. Driver Installation
   
4. Compatibility Mode
   
5. Device Manager Checks
   
6. Power Management Settings
   

Specifications:

• Lenovo V15-IGL
  
• Windows 11
  
• USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports tested
  

Symptoms:

• RGB lights on the headset do not turn on.
  
• Headset not recognized in Device Manager or sound settings.
  
• Sound continues to come out of the laptop's speakers.
  

Any advice or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

!!!UPDATE!!! I tried the headset on another pc and i faced the same problem..

UPDATE: It was a software issue, i did reset the pc using Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version). After installation i plugged in the headset and nothing happened but after 2 minutes i guess the headset finally worked yay!!!!!
