Windows 10: Microsoft Store & Xbox Sign-In Issues 0x80131501 + Disappearing Sign-In Pop-Up

I'm having trouble signing into both the Microsoft Store and Xbox app on my Windows PC. Here's what's happening:When I try to sign into the Microsoft Store, the sign-in pop-up appears but disappears immediately before I can enter any details.When I try to log into my Xbox account, I get the error:vbnetCopyEditSorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. 0x80131501I ran the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, and it found the following issues but couldn't fix them:Service registration is missing or corrupt Not fixedHanging or crashing apps Not fixed

When I go to sign in to Xbox or just the Microsoft Store, the pop up to sign in does not open, any reason why?

I followed the steps, checked for updates, reset the store, all that but still the same problem.

So when I log into my computer I use one email and that is what signs in automatically to the store, but my Xbox account is linked to a different email. I sign out and when trying to sign in, I am unable to do so. The window to sign in does not pop up or if it does, it briefly flashes open and closes instantly. This occurs with both the microsoft store and xbox apps.
