Windows 10: Game server/website is online but im losing connection to it every some minutes

Hello, Recently 1 Month ago, and for the first time since more than 10 years, I'm stuck with such a problem without being able to solve itGTA SAMP servers not all servers are killing my connection 3-6 times every hour for no reason, I noticed that when the game servers go down, the website of the game servers stops responding while other websites and games work normally.The net is always up but my connection in that specific game/website is dying out of nowhere, I didn't edit/change anything since months so it came after nothing that's why I can't find the solution and I'm looking for help

Keep losing internet connection every 30 minutes or so

Hello. I started having this problem where my pc keeps losing internet connection for about a minute or 2 every 30 minutes. This started happening after the anniversary update. I've tried resetting my router, updating my drivers and switched off the power
saving mode. However, for some reason my internet connection doesnt drop if im in a skype call or playing an online game but if im just browsing the web it loses connection. Anybody have any idea what could cause this?

 

Unable to connect to Google servers

There are cases that web content are blocked due to proxy server settings. We suggest that you remove the check mark on the the proxy server box, follow the steps below:

• Type Internet Options in the Ask me anything bar.
• Click on Connections tab.
• Click on LAN settings.
• Remove check in Proxy server box.
  

Once done, access your Google apps and check if issue persist.

Unable to connect to online games such as in steam etc

Recently I built this new computer, everything seemed fine. I can browse the internet with fast speeds etc. however I am unable to play online games in applications such as steam or origin. When I restart I am sometimes able to connect to csgo servers for 5 minutes or so but then lose connection. I have tried turning off my firewall and turning of the firewall on my router but I am unsure of what to do. I am running windows 10 64 bit version 18363.418 - any suggestions?
