Windows 10: Pc can't reach to login screen

Pc keeps restarting and searching problems automatically, and always get me to a blue screen with *choose and option continue leave and continue with windows 11. and so on.*

Windows 10 takes over 5 minutes to reach the login screen

I've uninstalled Glary's utilities.

Will creating a new windows user actually help? Considering I'm timing how long it takes to reach the login screen, not how long it takes to reach the login screen, access the user by logging in and then have that user desktop finish loading?

I know I said 6 minutes got reduced to 3m30s earlier on, but now it's gone back up to 6 minutes before reaching the login screen again.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
