Windows 10: My windows has a black screen after login and nothing works

Ok hello. I am desperate and im here to ask for help. firstly as you saw in the title there is a black screen in login. I have tried opening task manager but it don't open. Next i tried opening safe mode and signing in same problem sometimes the dots keep spinning for ever. Next i tried every other recovery tool they all gave the same message ''No changes were made.'' As a last resort i reinstalled windows i tried keep files, delete everything even a an online download and it still came up with ''no changes made'' for more detail. im running a intel i5 3300s integrated graphics 4gb of ram
