Should I create an alias? And, if so, do I just make one up and not use it for anything but login purposes?

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my Microsoft account, as I have been experiencing a concerning pattern of unsuccessful login attempts and suspicious activity.

Over the past few days, there have been numerous unsuccessful attempts to access my Microsoft account from different locations, including Germany, China, and various other countries. The frequency of these unauthorized login attempts is alarming, and the locations seem to change every hour.

I am deeply concerned about the security of my account and would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to help me secure it. I have already taken some steps on my end, such as changing my password and enabling two-factor authentication, but the attempts persist.

Is there any additional security measure I can implement to safeguard my Microsoft account further? Additionally, is there a way to track or block these unauthorized login attempts more effectively?

Login successful. Login unsuccessful...?


Hi, I have this 'problem' every time I login on my computer. After writing my password and clicking the button welcome-screen flashes and then there comes a message saying something like:

Only option the message give is to click on OK-button. And there is also this Windows defender saying that it's disabled due to Group policies. I'm not sure does it have anything to do with this login-problem of mine. Googling didn't give any answer for this.

 

So many unsuccessful sign in attempts on my account

Throughout this entire week, numerous of my accounts have been hacked, or at least someone has attempted to hack them and some may have already been hacked that I don't know of. When I checked my microsoft recent activities there is a VERY long list of unsuccessful login attempts all from different ips at different times and sometimes different locations, should I be concerned? Thanks
