    Issue Summary: Since upgrading to Windows 11, I’ve encountered a critical issue that severely impacts productivity. Multiple automation tools that previously ran seamlessly in Windows 10 are now spawning unnecessary console windows for every subprocess they execute. This is not only visually disruptive but also incredibly inefficient when working with large datasets or batch processing tasks. This issue appears to be related to the operating system’s change in how processes are handled and may have been introduced with newer behavior changes to console windows, task management, and UAC User
