Windows 10: How to fix Windows 11 not loading at start up?

Since January/February both my desktop and my laptop have had start up problems. I read through some of the other comments and others seemed to have issues with the Windows troubleshooting - although the troubleshooter will not run for me either, the reason I am trying to run the troubleshooter is that both my desktop and laptop periodically freeze, shut down, won't reboot. The one constant is trying to get them to load Windows at start up. It either does not load at all - black screen. Or it takes about 10 minutes and then it pops up and then shuts down. I have gotten messages like Trouble Lo

Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
