Windows 10: Why am I not receiving Microsoft verification code when signing in?

Hi,I recently re-installed Minecraft and am trying to sign in. When I open the Minecraft launcher, it asks me to sign in and enter my email address. Once I enter my email address, its a gmail it brings me to another page which says "Because you're accessing sensitive info, we'll send a code to *********@gmail.com to verify your identity." with a "Send Code" Button below. Obviosly I've pressed the button, a whole heap. Now it says "Enter the code we sent to ********@gmail.com." I've waited, tried again countless times but am still yet to receive an email. I've changed my microsoft account's e
