Windows 10: What is the best intel cpu for the 3060 gb ventus 2x

Hello, I'm trying to figure out what the best intel cpu is for the 3060 12Gb ventus 2x is, I have been struggling to find the best intel cpu without having any bottlenecks. It would be helpful if you could give the me the official best intel cpu that will give you about over 120 fps. I currently have 16gb of ddr5 ram and my current cpu is a i3 13100f that's the cpu I need to replace.

Windows 11 High CPU Usage 100 % all the time

Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions and uninstalled several applications. Afterward, I monitored the CPU usage when no additional programs were running, only the essential Windows processes. Unfortunately, even with only Windows processes running, the CPU usage still remains at 100%.

Do you have any further suggestions on what steps I could take to diagnose and resolve this issue? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
