  1. Image of landscape-rotated phone squashed vertically to 20% in Phone Link

Over the last few days, whenever I rotate my Android phone to landscape orientation, Phone Link squashes the phone screen image vertically to about 20% of its full vertical size. Has anyone else had this problem in the last few days?Does Microsoft have a solution or even a workaround?Below is an example phone screen image:Below is an image of the phone rather poorly photographed by the Webcam of my PC:This problem started only in the last week. Before that, Phone Link was able to correctly display images of the landscape-oriented phone.I tried resetting Phone Link and reinstalling Link to Win

  2. Can you use Phone Link in landscape view?

Yes, there is a way to use it in landscape mode. On your device, turn off the "auto rotate" feature. Then in phone link, go to apps and click "Open phone screen". Then on your device you can physically rotate the phone to landscape and you should see a small button appear to allow the screen to rotate, click this option and the screen on both devices will turn into landscape mode.

  3. Windows Phone: Home screen able to rotate in landscape orientation?

    Context

When charging my phone, I would like to be able to put it in horizontal position and still see my home page in landscape orientation.

    Solution

It would be nice if the home screen would be able to rotate the same way the application do

If the issue is how to accomodate all the application squares and rectangles, one possible solution could be to let the user configure the landscape view and then save it independtly of the vertical view.

    Looking forward to your feedback

    Thanks!

950XL Rotation is stuck in landscape mode.

    Hello,

I am facing similar issue: IE, Photos app in my Lumia 950XL is always displaying contents in vertical orientation, its not rotating when I rotate the phone. But I can see the YouTube app is opening in landscape mode. I have also checked the Rotation Lock
settings in my phone, it is still switched off. Also I have downloaded "Level" app and it is working without any issue. What could be the issue now? I don't think it is a hardware issue. Need help!

    Regards,

    Biju
